Cancellation conditions
To make a reservation, payment for the entire stay is required in advance via the online payment system. If you cancel your booking ( e.g. invalid payment card or lack of funds_ the reservation will be canceled ) or no show at the property on the day of arrival, the prepayment will not be refunded.
The policy of using the Spa & Wellness area (swimming pool, children's pool, jacuzzi, sauna zone)
The offer includes one-time admission for two adults up to 100 minutes a day. Children under 4 years old are free. Treatments are additionally payable at the reception of Spa.Live & Travel Apartments is not responsible for any inconvenience related to the inability to use the Spa zone for reasons out of Live & Travel Apartments control.

In the event of cancellation after this date or failure to show up at the facility on arrival will charge the guest with the amount for the entire stay. In order to guarantee the reservation, you must provide your credit card details.

If you cancel your reservation after this time or if you do not show up on the day of arrival, the property will charge the guest 100% of the booking value. In order to guarantee the reservation, you must provide your credit card details.
COVID-19 Book without the risk
We will refund your funds if you cancel your booking due to legal prohibitions related to COVID-19:
* closing the facility,
* individual prohibition of movement preventing access to us,
* general prohibition of movement preventing access to us,
We reserve the right to ask for relevant documents.
