All guests are required to pre-register with a credit card.
The actual debit will be made at check-in.


・・・・・Price for children・・・・・
Children aged 12 or over are adult.
If the child under 6 doesn't need a individual Japanese futon,accommodation fee is free.
However,if he/she need a individual Japanese futon, please book as one child.
If 2 children under 6 stay in the same room, we will charge as one child.
If 3 children under 6 stay in the same room, we will charge as two child.

Additional 150yen per night per person as Onsen Tax will be charged all year round. 
And 500yen per night per person as Heating fee will be charged from December to April. 
*Children under 12 are ineligible


・・・・・Policy of Cancellation・・・・・
100% refund if contacted more than 8 days prior to arrival. 
50% refund for contacts 3-7 days prior. 
No refunds for cancellations on the day arrival and 3 days before arrival. 
During the peak season, no refunds for cancellations on 14 days before arrival.


・・・・・For a party of tourists・・・・・
We will charge the accommodation fee immediately to the guests who booked for more than 7 person.
Free cancellation is available 15 days days prior to arrival.
No refunds for the cancellations 14 days before arrival.


 
【Information to Stay】

Check out: 〜10:00
Our reception is closed from 12:00PM to 15:00PM.
You can leave your luggage around the reception or work space before check in at your own risk.
Doors are opened daytime including 13PM to 15PM. 

We ask the guests to accept unmanned check in.
All the guests have to fill in their personal information in advance.
We send you a message with the link to fill in your personal information when you book.
Please check it and fill in your information.

Check-in time is 15:00 to 19:00.
There is no staff at reception after 19:00.
If you'd like to check in after 19:00,please let us know in advance.
We'll send a message about how to check in yourself.

We provide some kinds of Morning sets (Bagel Sandwich and Soup) for the guests.
If you need this,please book them at check-in area by 18 p.m. on the day before.
An addtional fee will be charge for this service.

You can use shared kitchen if you cook yourself.
There are basic  cooking utensils,dishes and cutlery.

We recommend to prepare the ingredients before you come here because there is only a small market in Norikura Highlands and it takes 40 min on foot from us (15 min by car).

We sell some kinds of ingredients at our store.
Ex.)Raw rice,Spaghettini,Dried Soba noodles,Dried Udon noodle,Some kinds of canned foods(Yakitori,Mackerel,Tomato,Corn kernel and so on),Vegetables,Raw egg,Bacon,Sousage and so on.
Also we sell some kinds of instant foods.

However we don't sell pork,beef and chicken.
We have Bacon,Sousage and canned kind of meat as a meat for cooking.

There are no restrictions to bringing in your own foods/beverages; guest are requested to take care of garbage at their own responsibility.
