Cancellation Policy

• A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking.

• Low / Regular Season:
– The remaining balance is due 7 days before arrival.
– Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
– Less than 7 days before arrival, the full booking amount is non-refundable.

• Mid Season:
– The remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival.
– Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
– Less than 14 days before arrival, the full booking amount is non-refundable.

• Holiday Season (December 25 – January 10):
– The remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival.
– Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
– Between 30 and 14 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
– Less than 14 days before arrival, the full booking amount is non-refundable.

• Non-refundable Rate:
– The full amount is charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

• No-shows and early departures will be charged the full booking amount.
