During your stay we will be around to support you.

Noise / 騒音

-Our guest house is surrounded by a residential area. Noise must be kept down at all times.
After 8 pm, Noise is strictly prohibited.



Pool & Jacuzzi / プール&ジャクジー

-Swimwear is compulsory in the pool and Jacuzzi.

-No Drinking and Eating in the Pool and Jacuzzi.

-If the Pool water is polluted, we will charge 100,000 yen to refill and clean the water.

-Please remove all sand from the beach before entering the Room, Pool and Jacuzzi.、



Guest House / ゲストハウス

-One parking lot is available on our property (on a slope). If you feel uncomfortable parking, please consider parking at the coin parking lot.

-Please be aware that our guest house is located right in front of the Enoden train line which makes noise.

-Fireworks are strictly prohibited.

-Pets are not allowed.

-The trash can be left at the guest house. Please separate well.

-Only amenities(toothbrush, hairbrush, Razor, slippers, ladies set) can be taken home. anything else is not allowed to take to home. If we find out we will charge.

-The guest house can be very windy. Please be careful with all the goods outside.

-Our guest house is located by nature please be aware that there are insects and animals around.

-Damaged goods must be replaced with new ones or paid for a replacement including the effort. We might charge.

-We are not taking any responsibility for a natural disaster. accidents, injuries or thefts.

-Violating these terms and conditions may deny you to stay.

-Already paid fees will not be refunded in any case.
