Booking and Confirmation:
All bookings must be made through our online platform. Once a booking has been successfully completed, a confirmation of the reservation will be sent to the guest via email. Please review all information carefully and contact our customer service team immediately if there are any discrepancies or corrections needed.

Cancellation and Refund:
Guests are allowed to cancel their booking without charge within 24 hours of the reservation for any reason. Payment Policy:
All payments are to be made online using credit/debit cards or through specified digital wallets. We do not accept payments at the hotel. For security purposes, guests may be asked to present the card used for payment at check-in.

Guests are expected to behave in a responsible and orderly manner. Any guest found causing damage to hotel property or creating disturbances for other guests may be asked to leave without a refund.

Check-In and Check-Out:
Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Privacy Policy:
We take the privacy of our guests very seriously. Personal information collected during the booking process will only be used for reservation purposes and will never be shared with third parties without consent.
