[Short-Term Stay Cancellation Policy (14 nights or fewer)]
The cancellation fees are as follows:
・Cancellations made within 5 days of the check-in date: 100% of the accommodation fee
・Same-day cancellations: 100% of the accommodation fee
・No-shows (no notice given): 100% of the accommodation fee

[Long-Term Stay Cancellation Policy (15 nights or more)]
・Cancellations made up to 30 days before check-in: Full refund
・Cancellations made 29 to 14 days before check-in: 50% refund
・Cancellations made 13 days or less before check-in: No refund
・Early check-out during your stay: No refund for the remaining nights

※Please note that payment processing fees will be deducted from any refunds.

◇ After your reservation is confirmed, we will send you instructions for pre-check-in via message.
Before check-in, it is required to register the information of all guests (including children) and provide photo identification (passport, driver’s license, health insurance card, etc.).
If we are unable to verify this, we will not be able to send the key code. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note that last-minute registrations may take time to verify, so we recommend completing this in advance.

◇ The neighborhood consists of regular residences. Please refrain from loud voices, noises, or any disturbances at all times.

◇ If the number of guests differs from your reservation, please be sure to contact us. If not reported, additional charges will apply.

◇ Staying with pets (small dogs only) will incur an additional fee.
Pet fee: ¥5,500 for stays of 1–5 nights. From the 6th night onward, ¥1,100 per night will be added.

◇ BBQ equipment rental fee is ¥2,200 per stay (usable as many times as you like during your stay!). Please inform us in advance if you would like to use the BBQ equipment. If we do not receive notice in advance, we may not be able to prepare it.

◇ No shoes allowed inside.

◇ Fireworks are prohibited.

◇ Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms.

◇ We provide one set of face towel and bath towel per guest per night. For additional use, please kindly use the washing machine inside the property.

◇ During your stay, linen changes, consumable refills, and cleaning are not provided. If you would like these services, please let us know in advance so we can arrange it with our cleaning company (for a fee). For stays of more than 2 weeks, a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged.

◇ If the cleaning company determines that the property is excessively dirty, an additional cleaning fee may be charged. Thank you for your understanding.

◇ There are no staff permanently stationed at the property.

◇ We do not offer luggage storage before check-in.

◇ A replacement fee will be charged in case of lost keys.

◇ If you would like us to send forgotten items by mail, shipping will be cash on delivery plus a handling fee of ¥2,200.

◇ Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that late check-outs after 10:00 may incur an additional fee.
