Omotenashi Lab is a guest house with one dormitory-type room with only bunk beds.You will be staying in a Male and female mixed room. There are no private rooms.
It is ideal for early morning LCC flights and many guests stay the night before.
Many people staying here are those who need to transit at Narita Airport andwho have an early morning flight the next day.
It is a 10-minute walk from the nearest station, Keisei Sakura Station. It is a 20 minute walk from JR Sakura Station.
Please note that there is a steep slope from Keisei Sakura Station (JR Sakura Station) to Omotenashi Lab,
so those with large luggage or those with weak legs may find it a long way. We recommend using a bus or taxi from the station.

 ● Check-in & Check-out Information
 ① Check-in at our facility is available from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-ins after 9:00 PM are considered late check-ins and can be accommodated for an additional fee of ¥1,000 per group. Please be sure to inform us in advance if you wish to check in late; otherwise, we may not be able to accommodate you.
 ② Late check-ins are limited to before 10:30 PM, which is 30 minutes before lights-out time. Please note that we do not accept check-ins after 10:30 PM, as it may disturb other guests in the same room.
 ③ There is no curfew after check-in; however, please be quiet after lights-out at 11:00 PM.
 ④ The facility will be closed from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM for cleaning and preparation. We do not provide luggage storage before check-in or after check-out.


Thank you for your understanding, as we operate with a small team and may not be able to accommodate all requests.




[Cancellation Policy]
 * Please cancel at least 6 days prior to the check-in date. Cancellations made within 5 days of the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the accommodation fee.
 * If you do not contact us in advance and fail to arrive by 9:00 PM on the day of check-in, your reservation will be canceled in full, and a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
