Our property features 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, and a spacious rooftop balcony where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the emerald blue sea and stunning sunsets. The rooms are equipped with 3 semi-double beds, accommodating up to 6 guests.
We provide carefully selected amenities to ensure your comfort during your stay, with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and a dryer, making it ideal for long stays. The cancellation fees are as follows:
・Cancellations made within 5 days of the check-in date: 100% of the accommodation fee
・Same-day cancellations: 100% of the accommodation fee
・No-shows (no notice given): 100% of the accommodation fee

[Long-Term Stay Cancellation Policy (15 nights or more)]
・Cancellations made up to 30 days before check-in: Full refund
・Cancellations made 29 to 14 days before check-in: 50% refund
・Cancellations made 13 days or less before check-in: No refund
・Early check-out during your stay: No refund for the remaining nights

◇ After your reservation is confirmed, we will send a message with pre-check-in instructions.
All guest information (including children) and photo ID (passport, driver’s license, insurance card, etc.) must be submitted before check-in.
If we cannot verify your information, we will not be able to provide the key code.
We recommend completing this in advance, as last-minute submissions may cause delays.

◇ Please note that this property is in a residential area. Kindly refrain from loud noises or disturbances at any time.

◇ If the number of guests differs from your reservation, please inform us. Additional charges may apply if not reported.

◇ No shoes inside the house.

◇ Fireworks are strictly prohibited.

◇ Smoking is not allowed in the room.

◇ Linen changes, replenishment of consumables, and cleaning services are not provided during your stay.
If needed, please let us know in advance (fees apply). We will arrange service with the cleaning company.

◇ If the cleaning company deems the property to be excessively dirty, an additional cleaning fee may be charged.

◇ In case of lost keys, a replacement fee will be charged.

◇ If you would like any lost items shipped, we charge the shipping fee plus a 2,200 yen handling fee (cash on delivery).

◇ No staff is stationed on site.
