Flexible Cancellation Policy up to 14 Days
1. General Terms: Any reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date. After this period, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
2. Cancellations Before 14 Days: Guests can cancel their reservation without any penalty up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date. Any amount already paid will be refunded in full within 7 business days.
3. Cancellations Less than 14 Days: If the cancellation is made within 14 days of the arrival date, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
4. No-Show: In case of no-show without prior notice, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
5. Exceptional Cancellations: In case of exceptional circumstances (e.g., government restrictions related to force majeure), the owner will review cases individually and may offer a credit or a stay reschedule at their sole discretion.

→ Security deposit of €500 by credit card imprint requested 48 hours before arrival
→ No smoking apartment (penalty of €250 in case of findings of facts)
→ No partying or parties (penalty of €250 in case of findings of facts)
→ The Tenant agrees to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, especially between 10 pm and 8 am
→ No illicit activities or activities contrary to good morals
→ Pets not allowed
