Welcome to Marthys House, a beautifully presented one-bedroom, single-level holiday home — the perfect place to switch off, unwind, and enjoy the charm of Cornwall’s south coast.
Tucked between Looe and Polperro, our semi-detached retreat sits in a peaceful location attached to our home, with its own private entrance and easy on-site parking. Bus stops are just across the road, and the stunning coastline is close by — Talland Bay is only 1.5 miles away. The friendly village of Pelynt, with its well-stocked shop and welcoming Jubilee Inn, is just a short 2-mile drive.
This is an ideal base for exploring Cornwall’s dramatic coast, tranquil countryside, and famous attractions. Bodmin Moor and The Eden Project can both be reached in under 30 minutes.
