House rules:

01 Respect the apartment and common areas. Wash your dishes and dispose of your trash. (Housekeeping does not include washing dishes or disposing of household waste.)
Please leave the apartment in the condition you found it.

02 Although we love them very much, please understand that for hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed.

03 The accommodation is non-smoking, so please do not smoke inside.

04 Please do not organize parties and keep noise to a minimum after 10 p.m.

05 The staircase without risers is not suitable for young children.

06 Please follow safety rules and do not use dangerous electrical equipment.

07 The key box should only be used when you leave and not as a storage space.

08 The two windows and the front door must be closed every time you leave the apartment.

09 Arrival/Departure and additional services
Unless otherwise specified, check-in is possible from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. and check-out until 10 a.m.
Additional services (early arrival, late arrival, late departure), subject to availability, can be booked via the Soyeux online store. The terms and conditions and rates in force, which can be viewed before booking at https://app.cozyup.com/cid/BoutiqueLeSoyeux and are reiterated in the store at the time of ordering, form part of the contract.
If no prior subscription has been taken out, the applicable charges may be deducted from the security deposit or debited from the credit card, after notification and issuance of an invoice.

10 Consumables on sale on site
Self-service products (laundry detergent, snacks, drinks), subject to availability. Prices including tax are displayed on site; taking a product constitutes an order at the displayed price.
Payment for products is made via QR code or, failing that, deducted from the security deposit for the amount consumed upon departure, after notification and invoicing.

11 Security deposit, inventory, forgotten items
A deposit of €300 must be provided by bank card (no debit) before arrival. In the event of a breach of the rules, charges may be applied up to the amount of the deposit. The deposit will be released within 5 days after departure.
Stays of more than 7 nights: the customer agrees to renew the card imprint during the stay, particularly within 5 days prior to departure, via a secure link; failing this, the lessor may apply the measures provided for in the contract.
An inventory of fixtures is drawn up before arrival; any damage/breach noted, including after departure, is attributable to the person who made the reservation.
Linen and equipment are loaned and do not become the property of the tenant.
Forgotten items are kept for 72 hours and then discarded if not claimed.

12 Security Information: External device filming only the door threshold for the safety of travelers and property. There are no cameras inside the accommodation. Information is displayed on the front door; contact details for the person in charge are available on request.

13 The lessor is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings unless proven negligence on their part. The tenant must comply with safety rules and use the equipment normally.

We offer two types of cancellation conditions depending on the rate booked:
- Flexible: Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, then 100% charge.
- Non-refundable: 100% charged at booking, no refund in case of cancellation or no-show.
