GENERAL CONDITION

Non-smoking apartment: We will deduct €100 from the security deposit if the accommodation smells of cigarette smoke or any other substance.
No pets allowed.
No parties or events allowed.
The tenant undertakes to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood, especially between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
A cleaning fee is included to clean the accommodation after your stay. However, we reserve the right to charge an additional €30 per hour if the condition of the accommodation is beyond normal.

CANCELLATION POLICY

It is agreed that in the event of withdrawal:

A/ by the tenant:
-more than 30 days before the lease takes effect, the tenant loses the deposit paid,
-less than 30 days before the lease takes effect, the tenant will also pay the difference between the deposit and the equivalent of the total rent, on the basis of a penalty clause.
B/ by the landlord:
within seven days of the withdrawal, he is required to pay the tenant twice the amount of the deposit.
