The Résidence les terres marines is one of the most pleasant in Cassis.
At your disposal for the duration of your stay: Swimming pool (open from the beginning of May to the end of September), 2 tennis courts, 1 tennis wall, pétanque area, table tennis.

The accommodation

Welcome to our charming 26 m² studio with a 6 m² loggia. Enjoy your stay in this haven of peace, ideally located in Cassis.

Our magnificent swimming pool, the largest in the region, awaits you for moments of relaxation and refreshment. It is open from the beginning of May to the end of September, from 10am to 8pm. During July and August, the pool is supervised for your peace and quiet. Please note that the pool is not heated and there are no sun loungers available.

For tennis enthusiasts, there are two tennis courts, perfect for a game with family or friends.

A parking space is also available for the duration of your stay, ensuring your peace and comfort.

The studio is fully equipped to make your stay enjoyable:
Loggia: this is equipped with a table allowing 4 people to eat together and enjoy the songs of the cicadas.
Kitchen: with hob, oven, microwave, 180-litre fridge and dishwasher.
Bathroom: equipped with shower, washbasin, toilet and washing machine for your convenience.
Living room: relax in front of the flat-screen TV, take advantage of the WiFi connection and enjoy a Rapido 140 x 190 sofa bed for optimum rest.
Cabin area: a space with a bunk bed is also available to accommodate your children or friends.
It's a pleasant 10-minute walk to Bestouan beach and the town centre. Allow around 20 minutes for the return journey, as it is uphill. Although it is possible to get around on foot, it is advisable to have a vehicle to make the most of your stay, as the shops are located at the bottom of Cassis.

Cleaning costs, bed linen, bath towels and compulsory tourist tax are extra.

ATTENTION: A security deposit of 750€ is required before you move in. This security deposit will be requested by link 1 day prior to arrival and will be taken in the form of an imprint on your credit card and will NOT be debited if the accommodation is returned in the condition in which you found it.

→ Non-smoking apartment: We will deduct €100 from the security deposit if the accommodation smells of cigarette smoke or any other substance.
→ No pets allowed.
→ No parties or events allowed.
→ The tenant undertakes to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood, especially between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
→ A cleaning fee is included to clean the accommodation after your stay. However, we reserve the right to charge an additional €30 per hour if the condition of the accommodation is beyond normal.

It is agreed that in the event of cancellation/withdrawal:

* Flexible 30 day offer :

by the Tenant :
- more than 30 days before the effective date of the lease, the Tenant will be reimbursed for the deposit received (100% of the amount of the reservation)

- less than 30 days before the effective date of the lease, the Tenant will not be refunded the deposit received at the time of booking, representing the total amount of the stay, minus cleaning costs and tourist tax.

from the Landlord :
- within 7 days of withdrawal, the Landlord must pay double the total amount of the stay.

Terms of payment for the reservation :
- 100% when the order is placed
