→ Non-smoking apartment: We will deduct €100 from the security deposit if the accommodation smells of cigarette smoke or any other substance.
→ No pets allowed.
→ No parties or events allowed.
→ The tenant undertakes to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood, especially between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
→ A cleaning fee is included to clean the accommodation after your stay. However, we reserve the right to charge an additional €30 per hour if the condition of the accommodation is beyond normal.

It is agreed that in the event of cancellation/withdrawal:

* Flexible 30 day offer :

by the Tenant :
- more than 30 days before the effective date of the lease, the Tenant will be reimbursed for the deposit received (100% of the amount of the reservation)

- less than 30 days before the effective date of the lease, the Tenant will not be refunded the deposit received at the time of booking, representing the total amount of the stay, minus cleaning costs and tourist tax.

from the Landlord :
- within 7 days of withdrawal, the Landlord must pay double the total amount of the stay.

Terms of payment for the reservation :
- 100% when the order is placed
