For bookings made more than fourteen days before the arrival date:

We will refund the full amount of the booking up to 24 hours after the booking.
We will refund the full amount of the booking if the cancellation occurs more than fourteen days before the scheduled arrival date.
We will refund seventy-five percent of the booking if the cancellation occurs between fourteen and seven days before the scheduled arrival date.
The full amount of the booking is due if the cancellation occurs within seven days of the scheduled arrival date.

For bookings made less than fourteen days before the arrival date:

We will refund the full amount of the booking up to 24 hours after the booking, except for reservations made on the same day or the day before arrival.
We will refund fifty percent of the booking if the cancellation occurs between fourteen and seven days before the scheduled arrival date.
The full amount of the reservation is due if the cancellation is made within seven days of the scheduled entry date.

By booking this accommodation, you agree to respect the property and its rules!

Failure to comply with these house rules will result in immediate departure and no refund;

Identification may be requested from each adult;

In case of suspected pimping, prostitution, drug trafficking, or any illegal activity, we reserve the right to contact the police;

It is forbidden to receive any persons not included in the booking without the owner's prior authorization. Outside guests are not covered in case of accidents or damage;

We do not allow any Airbnb services or experiences whatsoever at this property;

This includes bookings made by third parties through the Airbnb Experiences platform;

Any guest attempting to host or provide an Airbnb-related service or experience on the premises without our prior written consent will have their reservation immediately canceled without refund.

Please remove your makeup before going to bed. Eating on the beds and sofa bed is prohibited. A cleaning fee will be charged in addition to the cleaning fee (€20).

Our optional extras are available upon request. Please contact us for details:

- Replacement of all bed linens and towels (€20) or full cleaning service (€65)

- Airport shuttle service to and/or from Béziers Airport to the apartment (maximum 3 people, one piece of luggage and one small bag per person) €20

- Pets (maximum 20) - Free for stays booked directly with us.

- Fee for early check-in from 3 pm instead of 5 pm and/or late check-out until 12 pm instead of 11 am (subject to availability). (Value €20) Free for stays booked directly.
