The space

A modern two-bedroom apartment that is designed to accommodate 4 people in exceptional conditions. The Realet complex is located on the first line of the beach, the apartment is on the 1st floor. Its location allows you to enjoy the spectacular views of the sea, the mountains and the town of Calpe. The apartment has air conditioning in all rooms, the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a large terrace. The building is located right on the seafront, from which you can reach the large sandy beach — Arenal Bol in 5 minutes. In addition, there is also a small, cozy sandy beach next to the complex. Calpe’s beaches are awarded the Blue Flag every year. You can walk everywhere: the supermarket (10 min), the bus station, a multitude of bars, restaurants and cafes on the seafront. The swimming pool is located on the south side of the residential area and has wonderful views of the Peñón de Ifach. WiFi internet (100 Mb/sec) is included in the rental price. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the port of Calpe with its famous fish restaurants. The promenade, where there are many bars, restaurants, cafes and shops, stretches along the entire beach.

Guest access

In the apartment there are 2 bedrooms, a terrace and a living room with a panoramic sea view and with a table and 4 chairs. Fully equipped kitchen.

High-speed fibre optic Internet (100 Mb).

If you need to smoke, please do it on the terrace. Don’t throw cigarette butts and other sorts of rubbish from the apartment’s windows and the terrace. You’ll find an ashtray in one of the kitchen’s cupboards.

Observe silence not only inside the apartment but also in the building and within the residential area.

• leasing of cradle and baby eating seat — 50 euro during the vacation for each item

For stays of 10 days or less, the property will be considered a tourist accommodation — a tourist contract.
For stays longer than 10 days, the property will be considered a seasonal rental pursuant to Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana (Valencian Regional Government), and a seasonal rental contract must be signed.
