We are a small three-room guesthouse in a quiet neighbourhood, a short drive from the Malecón, with a pool, breakfast included, and free garage parking for guests.

Check-in is from 15:00 (3:00 pm) and check-out is until 11:00 am.

Cancellation policy
• You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival; we will refund the full amount paid.
• If you cancel within 14 days of arrival or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation is non-refundable.
• Cancellation times are based on local time in La Paz, Baja California Sur.
• When a refund is due, we process it promptly, but it can take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your card statement.
