BOOKING CONDITIONS

- STRICTLY NO SMOKING HOUSE the entire deposit will be retained if the house smells like cigarette smoke or other substances
- Animals not allowed
- Parties and gatherings not allowed
- The Tenant undertakes to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood especially between 10pm and 8am
- No more than 2 children under 10 years old are allowed and must always be supervised by adults and the tenant due to the many steps and windows in the house
- Maximum 8 people in total

No trash or garbage bags should be left in the house or outside.
The dishes and refrigerator must be clean upon your departure. We will take care of the rest.
