Booking Procedure:
- 30% deposit upon confirmation, to be paid within 24 hours of booking via immediate bank transfer.
- If payment is not received within 24 hours, the reservation will be canceled.
- The balance must be paid within 2 days of the start of the stay via immediate bank transfer.

- Check-in after 00:00 must be requested and authorized and will require a contribution of 30 euros.
- The luggage storage service inside the accommodation, before 15:00 on the day of arrival, must be requested and authorized and will require a contribution of 15 euros.
- In case of intervention to open the door for keys forgotten in the accommodation, a contribution of 30 euros will be required
- In case of loss of keys, a compensation of 200 euros will be required for the replacement of the lock.
- The apartment is equipped with a special key, present in the key ring, which activates/deactivates the electrical utilities with the exception of the refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine.
