We strive to provide our guests with an exceptionally clean, safe and friendly hotel experience. The following hotel policy/house rules have been established based on industry standards, management and operational procedures, and our personal experience.

○○○ 100% SMOKE FREE Kin Studios is 100% smoke free. For safety and to ensure that our facilities are not exposed to elements or actions that create an odor that is unhealthy and unpleasant for our guests and staff, and that is difficult to remove from the air, carpets, walls, and furniture that we do not allow tobacco smoking, marijuana, illegal drugs, electronic cigarettes, vape pens, vaping, cartridges containing nicotine liquid, hookahs, incense, cooking, cigars, burning candles, the use or diffusion of patchouli or other strong-smelling plant essential oils or synthetic products in our facilities.
○○○ The hotel will charge a cleaning fee of $100 USD if there is smoking on the premises.

○○○ CHECK IN TIME: Check in begins at 15:00 p.m.

○○○ CHECK-OUT TIME: Check out time is 12:00 p.m. Late checkout only upon request and based on availability, $30 USD fee applies.

○○○ ROOM KEYS: Room keys are issued to registered guests. Room keys will not be issued to anyone under the age of 18 at any time. You must present an ID if you have lost your key and need a duplicate. Please return the room keys to the front desk upon check-out.

○○○ UNCLAIMED ITEMS / NO CONTACT: Lost and found items are held for seven (7) days while we attempt to contact the guest. If the guest's contact information is incorrect or the cell phone mailbox is full and we are unable to reach the guest during the seven (7) day waiting period, unclaimed items are discarded and turned over to local organizations.

○○○ Responsibility: The hotel will not be responsible for any incident that you may experience under the influence of alcohol or any drug.

Cancellations and payments: ○ All rates are non-refundable. ○ Payment is required to confirm your reservation. ○ Guests are required to pay the full amount if cancelling at any time. ○ In the case of 'no shows', the guest will be charged the full price of the reservation. ○ The hotel will charge the full reservation fee at the time of booking. ○
