1. Prohibited Items
・Strictly Non-Smoking (Smoking is only permitted in the designated outdoor area).
・No Pets Allowed.
・No Parties or Events.
2. Guest Requirements
・Guest Registry: Please complete the guest registry via the link in your confirmation email before arrival.
・Protecting Tatami: To prevent damage to the straw mats, please do not use or roll suitcases in the Japanese-style (Tatami) rooms.
・Kitchen Ventilation: Please always use the exhaust fan when cooking. Cooking foods with strong odors (such as deep-frying, BBQ, or strong spices) is prohibited.
3. Damages and Additional Charges
・In the event of damage to or theft of facilities/equipment, abandonment of oversized waste (e.g., suitcases), or persistent odors/stains requiring professional cleaning, you will be charged for all actual costs plus a handling fee.
