About Cleaning
We provide a cleaning service once every 2-3 nights (dates vary depending on availability). Additional cleaning can be arranged for a fee of JPY 3,850/time (tax included) at the time of reservation only. If you would like additional cleaning service, please let us know the frequency and dates you would like us to clean.
Please note that we may not be able to meet your request depending on availability.

About Parking
We have parking spaces at our property in front of the building. We do not accept reservations for parking spaces, so please feel free to park your vehicles if there are any vacancies when you arrive. If the parking lot is full, please use a nearby parking lot. Please note that we are not responsible for any troubles or accidents that occur in the parking lot.

*Under Japanese law, we ask all guests from other countries to submit a copy of their passports prior to staying.
For residents of Japan are required to submit a copy of their photo ID.
Reservation will not be accepted if the submission is refused. Thank you for your understanding.
