About Cleaning
We provide a cleaning service once every 2-3 nights (dates vary depending on availability). Additional cleaning can be arranged for a fee of JPY 3,850/time (tax included) at the time of reservation only. If you would like additional cleaning service, please let us know the frequency and dates you would like us to clean.
Please note that we may not be able to meet your request depending on availability.

About Parking

Parking Reservation

・Limited to 5 spaces on a first-come, first-served basis・Usage hours: 2:00 PM on check-in day to 10:00 AM on check-out day (free entry/exit)・Please use only your assigned numbered parking space

For OTA Booking GuestsGuests who booked through platforms other than our direct booking engine (Rakuten Travel, Jalan, Booking.com, etc.) must enter their reservation number.

・If your reservation number cannot be verified, your parking reservation will be forcibly cancelled・Please ensure you enter the correct reservation number

Important Notice・Parking on adjacent properties is strictly prohibited (Fine: ¥100,000)・We are not responsible for any accidents or theft in the parking area

*Under Japanese law, we ask all guests from other countries to submit a copy of their passports prior to staying.
For residents of Japan are required to submit a copy of their photo ID.
Reservation will not be accepted if the submission is refused. Thank you for your understanding.
