About Cleaning

・Cleaning service is provided once every 2–3 nights (dates vary depending on availability).
・Additional cleaning can be arranged only at the time of reservation, JPY 3,850/time (tax included).
・Please inform us in advance of the frequency and preferred dates.
*Requests may not be accommodated depending on availability.

About Parking

・Parking is limited to 4–5 spaces, first-come, first-served.
・Usage hours: 2:00 PM on check-in day to 10:00 AM on check-out day (free entry/exit).
・Please park in any available space.

For OTA Booking Guests (Rakuten Travel, Jalan, Booking.com, etc.)
・When booking parking, please provide the same name and phone number as in your accommodation reservation.
・If we cannot verify your details, your parking reservation may be cancelled.

Important Notice
・Parking on adjacent properties is strictly prohibited (Fine: ¥100,000).
・We are not responsible for accidents or theft in the parking area.

Legal ID Submission
・All international guests must submit a copy of their passport.
・Residents of Japan are required to submit a copy of their photo ID.
・Reservations cannot be accepted if submission is refused.
