■About the Act of Fine ■

[Use by unregistered customers]
We only accept reservations.
If we find any violation of the house rules, we will ask you to leave immediately without refund. In addition, a penalty of 20,000 yen per night will be charged if the number of guests exceeds the number of reservations.
Security cameras are installed in the facility.

[Noise]
Please be careful not to disturb the neighbors, especially around the entrance and garden. Especially, please be quiet between 22: 00 at night and 8: 00 in the morning.
In the event of a trouble such as a visit by a police officer, even if you are in the middle of your stay, you may be asked to leave the room without a refund.

[Late check out]
If the check-out time is delayed, there will be a penalty of 2,000 yen per hour.

[Damage or damage to furniture and equipment]
Please refrain from eating in the bedroom.
No smoking in the room. If you smoke or smell inside the room after leaving, a penalty of 10,000 yen per day will be charged.
If there is damage or damage to furniture or equipment, etc., and the amount exceeding the security deposit is approved, we will charge the guest.

[Smart lock replacement]
If the smart lock is broken, the replacement costs 50,000 yen.

[Shoes]
Please take off your shoes indoors.

[Kitchen]
We have confirmed the quantity of dishes, pots and forks. If we confirm the loss, we will charge you the required amount.

[Bathroom]
We check the number of towels, soap bottles, hair dryers and other equipment and appliances in the bathroom. If we confirm the loss, we will charge you the required amount.
Please refrain from dyeing your hair in the bathroom. If the bathtub gets dirty due to hair dyeing, you have to pay for cleaning.

[Cleaning]
If additional cleaning or special work beyond the normal cleaning is required, a cleaning fee of 10,000 yen will be charged.

[We also have rooms for pets (dogs only).]
It depends on the room. For pet-friendly rooms, be sure to read the "Hyuga Surf Camp Pet Terms of Use Confirmation" on each reservation page.

[Injury]
Please do not run on the premises or indoors to avoid injury.
If we get injured during our stay, we don't follow the responsibility. However, if you have a serious injury or problem, please let us know immediately.

[About lost items]
We will contact our guests as soon as we find the lost item. If there is no reply and the child is kept in this facility, the storage period will be one week. We will discard it after that.

[About accommodations for minors]
Unaccompanied minors (under the age of 18) are not allowed to stay overnight.

Please fill in the registration list at the reception when you check in.
Please use only the number of beds during your stay.

When checking out,
・Please take off your sheets and put them near the door.
・After washing all the dishes you used, please wipe them and put them back.
・Please separate the trash into yellow buildings and throw them away.
・Please let us know by email (Reply to reservation email or visit hyugasurfcamp@gmail.com) when you check out. Let me check your room.
