Curfew: The entrance to the property is closed after 23:00 PM.
Age restriction: The minimum age for check-in is 16.

Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside. If you smoke outside, please bring a ashtray. You can not smoke after the curfew.

Drinking Alcohol: You can not check in after drinking. Drinking is only possible in communal spaces.

Things to Note

  1. The entrance to the property closes after 23:00. Guests are not permitted to enter or leave the property during this time. 
  2. Minimum check-in age is 16
  3. No smoking
  4. Do not eat or drink on the bed.
  5. Kitchen and common space are available until 23:00.
  6. Off time is at 22:00. Please be quiet after 22:00.
  7. Pets are not allowed. 

Cancellation policy

  • You can cancel reservation for free until 7 days prior to arrival date.
  • The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival.
  • In case of cancellation after the day before the arrival date, 100% of the room charge will be charged. 
  • In case of no-show (100% cancellation), 100% of the room charge and servis fee will be charged.
