Hedgehogs Home - 2 Adults + 2 Children Max. (2 x Twin Beds suitable for Children Only).
Conveniently set in a quiet location between Looe and Polperro, our beautifully-presented semi-detached holiday cottage is on a level plot in a small complex which share a heated, outdoor swimming pool. Surrounded by pretty, communal gardens and well-maintained grounds Hedgehogs Home is just 1.5 miles from the coast and the scenic cove at Talland Bay. The village of Pelynt is about a mile away and has a well-stocked village store, as well as The Jubilee Inn which serves fine ales and good food.
An ideal base from which to explore the spectacular coast and the countryside, the beautiful Bodmin Moor can be reached in less than 30 minutes by car, and the famous Eden Project is a similar distance away.
Overlooking the heated swimming pool, Hedgehogs Home provides a comfortable place to relax away from the bustle of the busy coastal towns but close enough to enjoy what the area has to offer. There is a bus stop very nearby.

Kitchen Area: Fitted kitchen with electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge.
Living/Dining Room: Dining table and chairs for 4, 2 x two seater sofas, coffee table, TV/DVD.
Bedroom 1: Double bed (4ft 6ft), bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (2ft 6'), bedside unit, set of drawers and wardrobe
Shower Room: Shower cubicle with thermostatic shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail
Swimming pool: The outdoor, heated pool is shared and is available from 1st May to 30th September. This is an un-manned pool and guests are responsible for their own safety. No children under 4.5 years allowed in the pool area.
Garden & parking: Allocated parking for 1 car. Additional visitor car parking spaces also available, Beautifully-maintained communal gardens with garden furniture.
Changeover Day: Thursday and Fridays in the summer, variable the rest of the year. No check-in Sundays. - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am
Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; electric heating and additional convector heaters.
Bedding and Linen: Pillows & duvets included; bed linen provided. Bathroom and Pool Towels Included.
Baby Equipment: Children over 2 years welcome, however no children under 4.5 years allowed in the pool area.

July and August. Minimum of 7 Nights. Unfortunately due to lease conditions, we are not able to accept under 2 years olds. No under 5 year olds are allowed in the Pool.
