【一棟貸切プラン】福岡県遠賀郡芦屋町に位置する「HAGURUMA ASHIYA」は、街の小さな商店街の一角にある「無人の宿泊施設」です。美しい海岸や自然公園にほど近いロケーションにあるこの施設では、都会の喧騒から離れて、地元の人々の暮らしを感じながらのんびりとお過ごしいただけます。商店街や周辺には地元ならではの食堂やバー、スーパーもあり、ちょっとした買い物やお食事にも便利。短期滞在でも芦屋の生活を体験できる環境です。複数お部屋がありますのでご友人や団体様での利用も可能です。※こちらは部屋貸しの日程もご用意しております。

You may leave your luggage at the property free of charge from 10:00 AM on your check-in day (no prior approval required). After check-out, luggage storage is available only until the end of the check-out day. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen items — especially valuables, which should be kept securely by yourself.
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM (to allow for cleaning).
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building. Please also refrain from excessive drinking or any behavior that may damage the facilities or equipment. Violations may result in additional cleaning or repair fees.
As this is a guesthouse, you will be sharing spaces with other guests. If you are sensitive to noise or require complete privacy, this accommodation may not be suitable for you.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
If guests cancel after that, the property will be charged in full for all nights.

Rules of Use
In order to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests and to maintain the public nature of our facilities, we have established the following rules, which are integrated with the Accommodation Clauses.
Failure to abide by these rules may result in cancellation of the accommodation contract.

1. valuables and checked-in items
The hotel will not be responsible for any damage or loss of valuables or checked-in items. Please keep and manage your valuables by yourself.

2. use of guest rooms
In principle, the use of rooms in excess of the contracted number of guests is prohibited.
If it is discovered that a room has been used in excess of the contracted number of guests without notification, the excess usage will be charged to the guest.
Minors only are not allowed to stay in a room without the permission of their parents or guardians.
The use of firearms for heating, cooking, candles, etc., other than those on loan from the facility, is not permitted.
Smoking is not permitted in beds, other fire hazardous areas, or any other areas not designated by the facility. Smoking is prohibited indoors.
The use of hair dye, bleach, etc. in the shower rooms and sinks is strictly prohibited.
No pictures, posters, or other items that detract from the appearance of the facility may be displayed in the windows of guest rooms.
Use of the rooms for purposes other than lodging is strictly prohibited.
Meeting with visitors in the guest rooms is strictly prohibited. If you have unavoidable circumstances, please be sure to report them to the facility in advance.

Please refrain from bringing in the following items or acts that may cause inconvenience to other guests in the facility.
Bringing in the following items
(a) Animals, birds, etc. (excluding guide dogs, etc.)
(b) Methamphetamines, narcotics, and other drugs whose possession is prohibited by law.
(c) Explosives, volatile oils, and other chemicals that may ignite or catch fire or cause bodily harm.
(D) Firearms, swords and similar items without a permit
(E) Items that are extremely large in quantity or heavy in weight
(f) Items that emit a foul odor
(g) Garbage and items that interfere with room hygiene
(h) Electrical appliances, cooking utensils and other items intended for use in the facility
(R) Other items that the facility prohibits from being brought into the guest rooms.
(3) Noisy behavior such as singing or chanting, emission of foul odors, or any other behavior that may cause disgust or annoyance to a third party.
Acts that offend public order and morals
Distributing flyers, leaflets, or other advertising materials in the surrounding area
Moving, processing, taking out, or using for purposes other than the original use of the facilities and various items in the facility
Leaving personal belongings outside of the guest room
Entering facilities not intended for guests
Taking delivery of food and beverages, etc. from facilities other than those approved by the facility
Commercial activities
All other activities that interfere with safety and sanitation in the facility

In the event of damage or loss of facilities, equipment, or fixtures, the full cost of repair or replacement will be charged.
