The property is  located centrally between the New Forest National Park Forest and the Sea and coastal villages and small Towns. Lymington, Milford on Sea, Barton and Christchurch a short drive away. The New Forest National park is at the end of the road and offers access to miles of footpaths, cycling and nnew forest villages of Sway, Brockenhurst. The property is entered via a private road.
