Parking is available on site (Up to 3 cars).

【Meals】
Basically, you can stay overnight without meals, but we have a very spacious kitchen with professional specifications and a large sunken hearth table for large group meals.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, tableware, refrigerator, microwave, and seasonings.
It is a great environment for everyone to enjoy cooking and eating Izu's specialty vegetables, fish, and meat.
There are also several restaurants within walking distance or a 10-minute drive, so you can enjoy local dining options.

*All cooking utensils and tableware are provided.
Please contact us in advance if you wish to cook on the BBQ or in the sunken hearth.

【Private Sauna】
There is a private sauna outside, which you are free to use.
- Contents: Barrel sauna, electric stove type, self-launching sauna, water bath and water shower
- Capacity: 4 persons
-Available hours: 3 pm - 10 pm / 6 am - 10 am
- Rental: Swimsuit, sauna poncho
Wearing a swimsuit is required.
Please relax indoors after 10:00 p.m. as both sides of the building are private residences.
Please contact us if you would like to rent a poncho.

【Children's Room Rates】
0-3 years old: Free of charge
4-9 years old: 7,500 yen (tax included)

Please make a reservation for children 10 years old or older by including them in the number of adults in the room.
If you are staying with children aged 0-3, do not include them in the number of guests,
Please mention in the comments that you have children aged 0-3 years old.

[ About Payment ]
We only accept advance payment by credit card.
Payment will be automatically made 7 days prior to check-in using the credit card provided at the time of reservation.

[ Cancellation of Reservations ]
Cancellation up to 7 days prior to check-in date will be free of charge.
Cancellations made after that date will not be refunded.

This is basically an overnight stay plan. We can introduce you to nearby sightseeing spots, restaurants, hot springs, etc. Please contact us if you would like to know more.

Please note:
Smoking is not allowed inside the old private house. If you smoke, please smoke outside the old house and dispose of cigarette butts properly and take them home with you.
