- Just steps from the Polygone shopping center, discover Béziers and its surroundings with ease.

- The train station is nearby, and a bus stop is located right in front of the residence (Young Workers' Hostel).

✈️Béziers - Cap d'Agde Airport is a 15-minute drive away.

- Parking at the foot of the building is a breeze; a space will be reserved specifically for your stay. You must reverse into the parking space and be careful when opening the doors.

Other Notes

- Keys can be handed over in person; ID may be required for each adult present.

- Swimming pool open from June 15th to September 15th

We invite you to consult the digital welcome booklet you received upon booking; it contains a wealth of information.

Parking is very easy at the foot of the building, and a parking space will be reserved for you for the duration of your stay. If you have more than one vehicle, please let us know in advance.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. You will find the connection information in the welcome booklet.

Basic supplies are provided for your first day.

The apartment must be returned in its original condition! Used dishes must be washed, dried, and put away, and trash must be disposed of in the containers located at the entrance to the residence.

REMINDER: No gatherings or parties are permitted in the accommodation.

Storing and/or charging an electric vehicle in the apartment is not permitted. Pets are not allowed in the rooms.

Pet fee: €10 per pet (maximum two pets). Pets are free for stays of seven nights or more.

A crib for a child under three years old is provided free of charge.

For bookings made more than fourteen days before the arrival date:

We will refund the full amount of the booking up to 24 hours after the booking.
We will refund the full amount of the booking if the cancellation occurs more than fourteen days before the scheduled arrival date.
We will refund seventy-five percent of the booking if the cancellation occurs between fourteen and seven days before the scheduled arrival date.
The full amount of the booking is due if the cancellation occurs within seven days of the scheduled arrival date.

For bookings made less than fourteen days before the arrival date:

We will refund the full amount of the booking up to 24 hours after the booking, except for reservations made on the same day or the day before arrival.
We will refund fifty percent of the booking if the cancellation occurs between fourteen and seven days before the scheduled arrival date.
The full amount of the reservation is due if the cancellation is made within seven days of the scheduled entry date.

By booking the accommodation, you agree to respect the premises and the rules!

Failure to comply with these internal rules will result in immediate eviction and non-reimbursement;

It is forbidden to receive people not provided for in the reservation without prior authorization from the owner, outsiders are not covered in the event of accidents or breakages;
An identity document may be requested from each adult;

In the event of suspicion of pimping, prostitution, drug trafficking, or any illegal activities, we reserve the right to contact the gendarmerie or the police and report it to Airbnb;

Please remove your makeup before going to bed and it is forbidden to eat on the beds and sofa beds, dry cleaning fees will be requested in addition (20€ in addition to the cleaning fees);

For any request for earlier arrival (check in before 5pm) or late departure (check out 11am maximum), make the request when booking (extra charge €10/hour);

Our animal friends are allowed in the accommodation up to two maximum.
Please note: Animals are not allowed on the beds and sofa bed.
