This is my primary private residence and is made available on a selective and occasional basis. Please check the calendar below for indicative availability and pricing, which remain subject to confirmation.

The property can be offered either on a home-share basis or for exclusive use, depending on your requirements and availability — this will always be agreed prior to booking.

Booking Conditions for Dublin Dream Home

Payment: 35% of the total stay cost must be paid at the time of reservation. If a booking is made within 30 days of check-in, full payment is required at the time of booking.

general policy

1. Payment Policy for Confirming a Booking

- To confirm a booking, 35% of the total stay cost must be paid at the time of reservation. Full payment must be received no later than 30 days prior to check-in. If a booking is made within 30 days of check-in, full payment is required at the time of booking. Access to the property will not be granted unless full payment has been received. By proceeding with the booking, you agree to these payment terms.

2. A Security Deposit of EUR 750 will be required al least 14 days prior to check in.

- A refundable security deposit of EUR 750 will be required at least 14 days prior to check-in. For bookings made less than 14 days before arrival, the security deposit will be required at the time of booking. This deposit will be held until after check-out, and any damages or fines for violations of the rental agreement may be deducted

3. Minimum age of person checking in is 25 years old. Please contact us prior to booking if you would like us to make an exception. An Additional Security Deposit will be required in the amount of of EUR 750.

4. Required Documentation - Rental Agreement and IDs for all adult Guests

- Documentation will be requested when payment has been made and the booking is confirmed. All required documentation must be provided within 7 days of booking or prior to check-in, whichever comes first. Failure to provide the necessary documentation within this timeframe will result in cancellation of the booking without refund.

5. Noise - Strict Quiet Hours: 9 PM to 7 AM.

- No loud music, noise, or disruptions.
- No Parties, Events, or Gatherings: The property is strictly for residential use.
- The maximum number of people on the property, including visitors, must not exceed 16 at any time.
