Daiju Myoko　Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern all reservations and stays at Daiju Myoko, operated by Dekoboko Ventures Co., Ltd.
By making a reservation or staying at Daiju Myoko, guests agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, together with our House Rules and Cancellation Policy.
Any matters not covered by these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.

2. Reservations

To make a reservation, guests are required to provide:

* Full name
* Contact details
* Stay dates
* Number of guests
* Any other information reasonably requested by Daiju Myoko

Requests to extend a stay are subject to room availability and approval by Daiju Myoko.

3. Booking Confirmation

A reservation is confirmed once Daiju Myoko has accepted the booking.
For prepaid rates or special offers requiring advance payment, the reservation is confirmed only after full payment has been received.

4. Refusal of Accommodation

Daiju Myoko reserves the right to refuse or cancel a reservation if:

* requested by law or government authorities;
* the accommodation is no longer available due to full occupancy or circumstances beyond our control;
* the guest provides false or misleading information;
* the guest is likely to engage in illegal, dangerous, violent, or disruptive behaviour;
* the guest belongs to or is associated with organised crime or other anti-social organisations;
* the guest makes unreasonable demands or behaves abusively towards staff;
* accommodation cannot be provided due to natural disasters, power failures, equipment failures, or other unavoidable circumstances.

5. Cancellation by Guests

Guests may cancel their reservation in accordance with the Cancellation Policy applicable at the time of booking.
Cancellation charges will be applied where applicable.

6. Cancellation by Daiju Myoko

Daiju Myoko reserves the right to cancel a reservation or terminate a guest's stay without refund if the guest:

* breaches these Terms & Conditions or the House Rules;
* engages in illegal, violent, abusive, or threatening behaviour;
* causes significant disturbance to other guests or neighbours;
* intentionally damages the property or its facilities;
* refuses to follow reasonable instructions given by staff.

7. Guest Registration

All guests are required to complete the registration process upon check-in.
In accordance with Japanese law, guests who do not reside in Japan must present their passport, which may be copied for record-keeping purposes.

8. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is available from **3:00 pm**.
Check-out is by **10:00 am**.

If you expect to arrive significantly later than your scheduled arrival time, please contact us in advance.
Failure to arrive without prior notice may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

9. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods accepted by Daiju Myoko.
Any additional charges incurred during your stay, including charges for damages or optional services, must be settled before check-out.
Failure to use all or part of your reservation does not entitle the guest to a refund except where permitted under the applicable Cancellation Policy.

10. Guest Responsibility

Guests are expected to treat the property, guest rooms, furniture, fixtures, equipment, and amenities with care.
Guests will be responsible for the actual cost of repairing or replacing any property that is damaged, lost, or excessively soiled during their stay.
Where damage or excessive cleaning results in the room being unavailable for future bookings, Daiju Myoko reserves the right to recover any reasonable loss of income in addition to repair or cleaning costs.

11. Access to Guest Rooms

To ensure the safety of our guests and the proper operation of the property, Daiju Myoko reserves the right to enter guest rooms without prior notice when reasonably necessary, including:

* to carry out maintenance or repairs;
* in the event of an emergency;
* to protect the safety or wellbeing of guests;
* where required by law or by government authorities.

12. Parking

Complimentary parking is available for registered guests.
Vehicles are parked entirely at the owner's risk. Daiju Myoko accepts no responsibility for theft, damage, accidents, or loss involving vehicles or their contents, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Japan.
Any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over the location of Daiju Myoko.

14. Changes to these Terms

Daiju Myoko may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time where reasonably necessary due to changes in applicable laws or operational requirements.
The latest version will always be available on our website and will apply to all reservations made after the revised Terms become effective.

【House Rules】

To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following House Rules.

Check-in & Check-out

Breakfast

Breakfast is served daily from **6:45 am to 9:00 am
Please advise us in advance if you have any dietary requirements or food allergies. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee that meals will be free from allergens.

Non-Smoking Property

Daiju Myoko is a **100% non-smoking property**, including all guest rooms and indoor common areas.

Smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor smoking area.
If smoking is detected inside the building, guests will be responsible for the actual cost of any additional cleaning, deodorising, repairs, or room recovery required.

Pets

Pets are not permitted anywhere on the property.
Certified assistance dogs are welcome in accordance with applicable laws.

Visitors

Only registered guests are permitted in guest rooms.
Visitors are welcome to meet guests in the lobby or other common areas but are not permitted to enter guest rooms without prior approval from management.

Quiet Hours

Quiet Hours are observed from **10:00 pm to 6:00 am**.
Please be considerate of other guests and our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours.
Parties, excessive noise, loud music, and disruptive behaviour are not permitted at any time.

Housekeeping

Daily housekeeping is **not** provided.
Guests staying **three (3) consecutive nights or longer** will receive **one towel exchange** during their stay.
Additional towel changes or room cleaning are available upon request and may incur an additional charge.

Damage to Property

Please treat the property and its furnishings with care.
Guests will be responsible for the actual cost of repairing or replacing any items that are damaged, excessively soiled, or removed from the property.
Where damage results in a room being unavailable for future guests, Daiju Myoko reserves the right to recover any reasonable loss of revenue.

Lost Room Keys

Guests who lose their room key will be responsible for the actual cost of replacing the key, lock cylinder, and any associated security measures.

Fire Safety

For the safety of all guests:
* Open flames are not permitted inside the building.
* Fireworks and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.
* Tampering with fire alarms or other safety equipment is prohibited.

Lost Property

Lost property will be kept for a reasonable period.
If you would like an item returned, shipping costs and a handling fee will apply.
Unclaimed items may be disposed of in accordance with applicable laws.

Emergencies

In the event of an emergency, please remain calm and follow the instructions of our staff.
