【Corona Response】
Unconditional cancellations of reservations due to changes in corona conditions will not apply. The cancellation policy is applied as usual.

●Use by non-registered customers
Only guests with reservations may use the room.
If any behavior is found to be in violation of the house rules, you will be asked to leave the room immediately without a refund. In addition, an additional charge of 20,000 yen per night will be incurred if the number of occupants exceeds the number of people who have reserved the room.

●Use of beds
We do not allow the use of more beds than the number of people reserved. If use is discovered, guests will be charged ¥4,000 per person for the number of beds in excess of the number of people reserved.

●Noise
"Please be careful not to disturb neighboring residents, especially around the entrance and garden. Please be especially quiet between 21:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
In the event of a visit by police officers or other trouble, you may be asked to leave the apartment immediately without refund, even if it is in the middle of your stay."

●Delayed check-out
Please keep check-out time strictly in mind that the cleaning staff will be waiting outside. In the event of a late check-out, an additional fee of 3,000 yen per hour will be charged.
　
●Damage or destruction of furniture and equipment
Please refrain from eating in the bedroom.
Smoking is not permitted in the rooms. If smoking or odor is found in the room after vacating, an additional charge of 10,000 yen per day will be incurred.
Any damage or destruction to furniture or equipment will be charged at an amount determined by us.
　
●Replacement of smart locks
If a smart lock is destroyed, a replacement fee of ¥60,000 will be charged.
　
●Shoes
Please remove your shoes inside the room.
　
●Kitchen
The number of dishes, pots, forks, etc. are checked. If any items are found to be missing, we will charge the amount determined by us.
　
●Bathroom
The number of towels, soap bottles, hair dryers, and other bathroom fixtures and appliances will be checked. If any of these items are found to be missing, we will charge the amount specified by us.
Please refrain from dyeing your hair in the bathroom. If any stains are found on the bathtub due to hair dyeing, the cleaning fee will be charged at the amount determined by our company.
　
●Cleaning
A cleaning fee of 10,000 yen will be charged for any additional cleaning or special work that is required beyond the normal cleaning.
　
●Bicycle rental
When using bicycles, please be careful not to lose or damage them. If a bicycle is found to be lost or damaged, the cost of repair or replacement will be charged.
　
●Pets are not allowed
Pets are not allowed on the premises.
　
●Injury
Please do not run on the premises or inside the rooms to avoid injury.
We will not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses caused by the negligence of the guests during their stay. However, in the event of a serious injury or problem, please notify us immediately.

●Influencers' Accommodation
Please note that it is strictly prohibited to transfer or share the special coupons provided to influencers with any third party. If it is discovered that a third party has used the special coupon, we may demand compensation for damages and take legal action.

●Lost and Found
We will contact the guest as soon as we find any lost items. The storage period is one week. After that, they will be disposed of, so please be aware of this.
Furthermore, there is a handling fee (3,000 yen) plus shipping charges. Please note that for international mail, sending items that contain batteries may not be possible.

●Accommodation of minors
We do not allow minors (under 18 years old) to stay at the hotel alone without a person who has a responsibility
