Cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival date is free of charge. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the room rate.
In case of no-show, 100% of the room charge will be charged.

Terms and Conditions for Accommodation Reservation Service
Article 1 (Application of this agreement)
This agreement shall be applied to all acts performed by the user when using the services related to room reservations on the Internet (hereinafter referred to as "reservation service") that our company manages and operates as part of the "member services" provided by our company. The user shall use the Accommodation Reservation Service after agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
In the event that there are various notices, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "notices, etc.") displayed by our company on the inn reservation service, each of the notices, etc. shall constitute a part of these terms and conditions.
We regard the user's use of the Accommodation Reservation Service as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The reservation service is one of the member services provided by our company, and the "Terms of Use for Member Services" will be applied to any reasons not stipulated in this agreement. If there is a conflict between this agreement and the "Terms and Conditions for Member Services", this agreement will take precedence.

Article 2 (Definition of accommodation reservation service and formation of accommodation contracts)
The accommodation booking service is a service that enables the user to make a reservation via the Internet for a room that has been pre-registered by the company.
When the user has applied for a reservation for the use of a room via the Internet, a "reservation number" is issued on our computer system and the accommodation contract is established between us and the user when it is displayed on the screen of the accommodation reservation service. However, the contract will be void if there are communication or computer malfunctions. However, even if the "reservation number" is not displayed on the screen of the user's computer due to some reason such as communication or computer malfunction, the accommodation contract will be concluded when the user can confirm the reservation details using our "Reservation Inquiry / Change / Cancel" function. In the case of the preceding paragraph, our company will not be able to confirm the contents of the accommodation contract.
In the case of the preceding paragraph, we will send a "Reservation Confirmation E-mail" with a "Reservation Number" to the e-mail address designated in advance by the user in order to prove that the accommodation contract has been concluded. However, if the user is unable to receive the confirmation e-mail due to reasons beyond the control of the company, such as communication problems or incorrectly entered e-mail addresses, this will not affect the conclusion of the accommodation contract.
If the accommodation contract is concluded between the user and our company in accordance with the provisions of this article, the user is deemed to have accepted that he/she is obliged to bear the cancellation fee, etc., separately stipulated by our company.

Article 3 (How to consider the room charge in the accommodation reservation service)
The user acknowledges that the information provided by the Company regarding room availability, room charge, etc. may differ from the information provided by other media. The accommodation charge provided by the Company includes consumption tax, but may or may not include service charge and other taxes (e.g. entrance tax, hotel tax, etc.).
The User acknowledges that the room rates provided by the Company may be subject to change. The changed price will only apply to the user who enters into an accommodation contract after the change, whereas the price before the change will apply to the user who entered into an accommodation contract before the change.
If the price is changed after the accommodation contract has been concluded and the user subsequently changes his/her reservation, the changed price will be applied to the user. However, if the change is limited to a decrease in both or both of the number of days and the number of rooms, the user shall be entitled to the accommodation charge before the change.

Article 4 (Cancellation of reservations and prohibition of unauthorized cancellations)
When the user cancels a room reservation, the user shall confirm the reservation details through our "Reservation Details Inquiry Screen" and continue with the cancellation. However, in the event that the reservation number necessary to confirm the reservation becomes unavailable, or the reservation confirmation e-mail does not reach the user for some reason, the user may request us to resend the reservation confirmation e-mail with the reservation number through our "Reservation Confirmation Resend Screen" and the user will then be able to cancel the reservation. The user shall request the Company to resend the reservation confirmation e-mail with the reservation number through the "Reservation Resend Screen" of the Company, and shall continue with the cancellation procedure as soon as possible after receiving said e-mail. In the event that the re-sent reservation confirmation e-mail is not received by the user within the period of time specified by our company for some reason, the user is to contact the contact designated by our company and then continue with the cancellation procedure with our company. If damage is caused to us as a result of the user's failure to follow these procedures, the user bears the responsibility to compensate us for said damage.
If the user cancels the reservation, the cancellation is deemed to be effected at the following point in time.
(1) If the user cancels the reservation through the internet, the cancellation is considered to have been completed when the "Reservation Cancellation Completed" message is displayed on the "Reservation Confirmation" screen of the company.
(2) When the user cancels the reservation by contacting the Company directly: When the Company notifies the user that the reservation has been cancelled.
(3) By any other method: When we notify the user that the reservation has been cancelled in accordance with the prescribed method.
(2) If the user finds that he/she cannot stay at the accommodation on the scheduled date, the user shall promptly notify the Company to that effect and follow the Company's instructions. If the user is obligated to pay cancellation fees to us, the user shall pay the cancellation fees as determined by us in the manner and by the date specified.
In the event that the user does not show up on the scheduled day of the stay without prior notice, we may take necessary measures (including legal action) such as suspension of the use of the accommodation reservation service. The user must pay the cancellation fee in the manner and by the date specified by us.
If the user wishes to change an existing reservation, he or she must contact us directly and make the change promptly.
If the user changes a reservation, the change shall be completed at the time specified below.
(1) When the user contacts the Company directly and makes changes to the reservation: When the Company notifies the user that the user has approved the changes to the reservation.
by any other method: at the time when we confirm the change of booking in the prescribed manner.

Depending on the date of the change of the existing reservation, a cancellation fee may be charged as specified by us. In such a case, the user must pay the cancellation fee in the manner and by the date specified by the company.
Even if the user does not wish to cancel the reservation, the accommodation facility has the right to cancel the reservation if it is deemed by us to be in violation of the law or reasonably inappropriate.

Article 5 (User's Compliance)
The user shall not duplicate or transmit the information obtained by using the reservation service for any purpose other than his/her own personal use without the prior consent of the Company, nor shall it be used in any way by a third party.
When the user makes a reservation for a plan that requires a reservation fee, the user shall pay such fee by the date specified by our company. The reservation will not be cancelled even if the user does not pay the reservation fee by the date specified by our company.
The user agrees in advance that if payment is not made in spite of the Company's demand for payment of the reservation fee by e-mail or other means, or if the user cannot be contacted, the Company reserves the right to deem the reservation as an unauthorized cancellation. However, in the event that the Company does not notify the User that the reservation has been cancelled, the reservation shall remain valid.
The user shall execute the contract at his/her own responsibility, and any inquiries or requests regarding accommodation services shall be made directly to the Company.
In addition to the preceding 4 clauses, the user shall fully understand and comply with the conditions and rules, etc., separately stipulated by our company.
The user shall not perform any of the following acts when using the accommodation reservation service.
　　　(1) Act to send or write information by pretending to be a third party. (1) Transmitting or writing information by impersonating a third party.
　　　(2) Use of the reservation service in a manner other than that approved by the Company.
　　　(3) Transmitting or writing harmful computer programs, spam mail, chain letters, junk mail, etc.
　　　(4) Acts that infringe or may infringe the copyright or other intellectual property rights of our company or a third party.
　　　(iv)acts that slander, libel, or defame the Company or third parties
　　　(iv) Any act that discloses to others information, documents, graphics, etc. that are offensive to public order and morals.
　　　(iv) Any act of registering false or incomplete information regarding the name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc. of the guest or individual user, whether intentionally or unintentionally.
　　　(iv) Non-payment of reservation fees, cancellation fees or accommodation charges (regardless of the reason) as requested by the Company
　　　(iv)acts of violence or any other disturbing acts against us or any third party at our company
　　　(iv) Reservations that are deemed impossible to be made by the User, such as reserving multiple accommodations on the same day
　　　(iv) Resale to other parties or reservation activities deemed to be for commercial purposes.
　　　(iv) Other acts that violate or may violate laws and regulations.
In the event that damage is caused to our company or a third party as a result of the user's actions that fall under each item of the preceding paragraph, the user shall bear all legal responsibility and shall not cause damage to our company.
In the event that the Company cancels the User's room reservation in accordance with Article 6, the User shall pay a cancellation fee to the Company.
If the USER has a complaint about the content of the accommodation services provided by the Company, the USER shall lodge such complaint with the Company on the spot.
If the user is a minor, the reservation must be made with the consent of a legal representative. If the user falsifies the consent of his/her legal representative or if the user falsely claims to be of legal age, his/her actions cannot be revoked.

Article 6 (Violation of User Compliance)
In the event that a user has violated the compliance items in the previous article, or in the event that we deem it inappropriate for the operation of the accommodation reservation service, we will stop the act, cancel the accommodation contract with the user, stop the use of the accommodation reservation service by the user, and take necessary measures (including legal measures) such as claiming for compensation for damages. We may take necessary measures (including legal measures) such as suspension of use of the accommodation reservation service, claim for compensation for damages, etc.
In the event that the user is presumed to be in violation of the preceding article, or in the event that our company reasonably determines that it is inappropriate for the operation of the accommodation reservation service, our company may confirm the details of the act in question with the user.

Article 7 (Temporary Suspension of Accommodation Reservation Service)
In the event that any of the following items apply, we may temporarily stop the use of the reservation service without prior notice to the user.
In the event that maintenance or changes in the specifications of the reservation service are performed.
When natural disasters or other emergency situations occur or are likely to occur and the operation of the accommodation reservation service becomes impossible.
When the Company deems it necessary to temporarily stop the operation of the accommodation reservation service due to unavoidable reasons.
