The space

This modern one-bedroom apartment is designed to accommodate three adults for an incredible vacation. Located on the 4th floor of the beachfront residential complex Bermudas, it offers wonderful views of the mountains and the charming town of Calpe.

There is air conditioning in all rooms. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen and a large terrace. The building is situated directly on the promenade. Arenal-Bol, the main sandy beach, is just 6 minutes away on foot. A cozy smaller beach is also right next to the complex.

Calpe’s beaches are awarded the Blue Flag every year. Everything is within walking distance: a supermarket (10 minutes), bus stop, and numerous cafés, restaurants and shops along the promenade. Wi-Fi (100 Mb/sec fibre optic) is included in the rental price. The building has janitor service.

The town port, famous for its fish restaurants, is 5 minutes away on foot. The promenade stretches along the beach, lined with restaurants, bars, cafés and boutiques.

Guest access

You’ll have access to the bedroom, a terrace with a dining table and 4 chairs, and a living room. Fully equipped kitchen.

House rules

• Smoking is allowed only on the terrace.
• Please do not throw cigarette butts or any trash from the terrace or windows.
• An ashtray is provided in one of the kitchen cupboards.
• Please keep noise to a minimum inside the apartment and within the residential complex.
