The full rental amount will be charged three days before your arrival date. If today is more than three days before your arrival, only 20% of the total amount will be charged today. You acknowledge that a US$150 security deposit hold on your card is required throughout your booking to ensure compliance with the rules and to cover any potential accidents. To receive our door code and guide it is mandatory to complete the online check-in, including uploading your ID. For this you will receive a link via SMS or Email.

If you cancel your booking any day prior your arrival day then the cancelation fee is 20% of the grand total. If you cancel on or after your arrival day then the started calendar day count as fully paid past days and the cancelation fee is 50% of the daily room rate of your remaining days.
