Free cancellation up to 30 days before day of arrival (see link in your booking confirmation)
If you cancel within 30 days (but more than 2) of day of arrival, 50% of accommodation costs are due.
When cancelling within 2 days of day of arrival the full accommodation costs are due.
Note: If you have booked by mistake and you contact the manager within 4 hours, we can cancel for you free of charge.

No shoes in the room.
When using the shower, turn on ventilation with the light (pull on the rope).
No noise from 11:00 PM in the evening to 7:00 AM in the morning.
Pets not allowed.
Smoking is prohibited inside. You can smoke in the garden. Butts must be left in an ashtray.
