Terms and Conditions for Use of the Facility
The following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") apply to the use of ARCH (hereinafter referred to as the "Facility"). Please read the following terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") carefully and agree to them before using facility. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), please read the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") and agree to the contents of the Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions form part of the contract between the Company and the customer regarding the customer's use of the facility operated by the Company. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you agree to and will abide by all of the terms and conditions of these Terms and Conditions. Please be aware of this beforehand.
Personal information (name, telephone number, e-mail address, address, emergency contact information, etc.) received by the Company from the customer will be used to contact the customer in the event of an accident or other emergency at the facility. We will make every effort to handle and protect your personal information appropriately. Please refer to Article 15 for contact information regarding the handling of customers' personal information.

Confirmation of health condition and consent
Customers who are not allowed to take a bath by a doctor, customers with the following health conditions, customers who are not in perfect physical condition, and other customers who have problems using the facility should refrain from using the facility. Customers who have consumed excessive amounts of alcohol are also not permitted to use the facilities for health reasons.

Health conditions that prohibit the use of this facility
ContraindicationsAcute illness (especially with fever), active tuberculosis, malignancy, serious heart disease, respiratory, medullary or renal failure, bleeding disorder, skin disease, other generally ongoing disease, severe anemia, pregnancy (especially in the early and late stages) or pregnancy with a risk of infectious disease, or any other health condition that would make it impossible for the guest to stay at the hotel. We do not allow guests who are or may be pregnant, have hypertension, have diarrhea, have just undergone surgery, are extremely fatigued, have an injury that causes bleeding, or are on their menstrual period.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you represent that you do not fall under any of the above conditions, and you confirm that the Company shall not be liable for any physical discomfort or other damage or harm resulting from your being in any of the above conditions. In addition, notwithstanding the above, use of the facilities is at the discretion of the customer, and the Company shall not be held responsible for any physical condition that may occur.

2. discontinuance of use
Customers who feel unwell while using the facility are requested to immediately stop using the facility and notify the staff.

3. Use of Minors Alone
Minors may use the facilities only when accompanied by their parents or other persons with parental authority. Minors may not use the facilities alone.

4. Prohibited acts
The following acts are prohibited in the use of the facilities. If a customer violates or is likely to violate such prohibited acts, the use of the facility may be suspended, the customer may be asked to leave the facility, the membership may be revoked, or other measures may be taken.
(1) The bringing of flammable items (newspapers, magazines, cigarettes, etc.), information devices (PCs, cell phones, tablets, etc.), food, beverages, etc. into the sauna room is strictly prohibited.
(2) Precious metals such as glasses, earrings, necklaces, rings, etc. are prohibited in the sauna room as they may deform or burn.
(3) Pets are not allowed in the sauna room.
(4) Smoking (including electronic cigarettes), hair dyeing, reddening, washing, defecating outside of the toilet bowl, other acts that may cause damage to the sauna room, guest room, balcony, etc., acts that disturb the neighborhood, acts that offend public order and morals, and any other use of the guest room other than for the normal purpose of use is strictly prohibited. The use of the rooms for any purpose other than the normal use of the rooms is strictly prohibited. If any of these acts are found to have been committed, a penalty of 300,000 yen will be charged.
(5) Sleeping in the sauna room is strictly prohibited. Please be careful. We are not responsible for any damage to your health that may result from sleeping in the sauna room.
In order to protect your health and safety, our staff may enter the sauna room to check on you. Please understand this in advance.
(6) In order to avoid electrical leakage and ignition, it is prohibited to throw any object into the sauna stove, to pour water other than the water prepared in advance onto the sauna stove, or to pour excessive amounts of water onto the sauna stove.
(7) Smoking in our facilities is strictly prohibited.
(viii) Please refrain from photographing the staff or other guests in the facility.
(ix) Photographing at our facilities for the purpose of sales, promotion, advertisement, solicitation, or any other commercial activities (except those approved by us) is prohibited. (ix) Photography at the facility may not be used for sales, promotion, advertising, solicitation, or other commercial purposes (except those approved by the Company).
(10) Please refrain from taking towels and other equipment out of our facilities.
(11) Outdoor space (balcony/balcony) must be used only with bathrobes and other clothing, and no nudity or semi-nudity is allowed. Nude or semi-nude use of the outdoor space (balcony/balcony) is not permitted.
(12) Members must be present at the time of use. Transfer of usage rights to a third party is strictly prohibited.
⑬In addition to the above, any other acts that violate the Terms of Use, interfere with the Company's business, damage the Company's facilities, equipment, or fixtures, or cause discomfort or annoyance to other customers are prohibited.

5. Points to keep in mind when using the facilities
(1) When taking a water bath after bathing in the sauna, please pour water on the body first, starting with the part farthest from the heart.
(2) Please observe all other instructions and requests given by our staff.
(3) The facility will not be responsible for any trouble that may occur between guests at the facility.

6. entry and guidance by staff
When it is necessary to check the physical condition of a guest or to ensure the safety of a guest's life or body, or when it is necessary to do so after the scheduled time of use of the facility has elapsed, an attendant may enter the room (even if the door is locked, the door will be unlocked using the master key). In the event of a fire, earthquake, or other emergency, you are required to immediately stop using the facility, leave the facility, and follow the instructions of the staff.

7. safekeeping of valuables
Clients are requested to take sufficient precautions against injury or illness, accidents, and theft or loss of personal belongings while using the facilities. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the customer in connection with the use of the facility, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company. In no event shall the Company be liable for any damages incurred by the customer in connection with the use of the facilities, except as otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions, etc., nor shall the Company be liable for any damages incurred by the customer in cases where the Company is to blame (except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company). (i) in the event that the Company is not responsible for the use of this facility, the Company shall be liable only for the ordinary and direct damages suffered by the customer (regardless of foreseeability, and not including special damages and lost profits); and (8) Prohibition of Violent Acts, Etc.

Prohibition of Violence, etc.
Any act of violence or threat of violence, any act of violent demand, any act of unreasonable demand beyond legal responsibility, any act of spreading false rumors, using deception or force to damage the reputation of the Company or a third party or obstruct its business, any act offensive to public order and morals, or any act or behavior that causes inconvenience to other customers, etc. are strictly prohibited. Upon discovery of such behavior, you will be asked to leave the premises immediately. Please be advised that the police or other relevant authorities will be notified if necessary.

9. suspension of use or cancellation of reservations due to equipment malfunction, etc.
(1) The Company may suspend or cancel a reservation due to a malfunction or breakdown of facilities (including cold-water showers, stoves, and other equipment) at the Company's facilities. In the event that the Company deems it difficult for a guest to use the facilities due to a malfunction or breakdown of the facilities (including cold water showers, stoves, and other equipment), the Company will suspend use of the facilities or cancel the reservation on the same day. In such a case, the usage fee that has been debited by credit card will be refunded in accordance with the Company's prescribed method. The Company shall not be liable for suspension of use of the facility or cancellation of reservations in accordance with this Article, other than such refund.

10. compensation by the customer
The Company shall not be liable for any damage, loss or expense (including attorney's fees) incurred by the Company as a result of your breach of these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Damage, etc."). (hereinafter referred to as "Damage, etc.") In the event of damage, defacement, etc. of the Company's facilities, equipment or fixtures, or loss of keys or other fixtures of the facility room due to the intentional or negligent act of the customer, the Company shall pay compensation equivalent to the amount of replacement cost, repair cost, cleaning cost, or other Damages, etc.

11. permission to use photographs, etc.
We may repost, retweet, or otherwise use photos posted by customers on our official SNS accounts (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.). Please be aware of this.

Non-affiliation with antisocial forces
Use of the facility is strictly prohibited to any person who falls under any of the following categories. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you represent and warrant that you do not fall under any of the following. In the unlikely event that such an incident is discovered after the fact, the customer will be asked to leave the facility immediately after notifying the police or other relevant authorities as necessary, and will also be prohibited from using the facility in the future. No refunds will be made for the usage fee.
(1) Persons who are organized crime groups, members of organized crime groups, quasi-constituents of organized crime groups, companies affiliated with organized crime groups, general assemblymen, etc., persons who are involved in social activities such as organized crime groups, special intelligence groups, or other similar groups (hereinafter referred to as "anti-social forces").
(ii) Any person who has fallen under the category of Anti-Social Forces in the past 5 years.
(iii) A person who is controlled or involved in the management of a company by a person who has a close relationship with antisocial forces
(iv) A person who uses or provides funds or favors, etc. to antisocial forces themselves
(v) Any person who has a socially reprehensible relationship with antisocial forces.

Modification of these Terms of Use, etc.
The Company may change the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to the customer, by posting the changed Terms and Conditions in the Facility or on the Company's website, if the Company deems it necessary. In the event that a client uses the facility for the second or subsequent time, or for the first time after the revision of these Terms and Conditions, the client shall be deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions (as revised, if any), including any representations regarding the client's health condition, etc. at the time of such use.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or use of the Facility shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

ARCH Accommodation Cancellation Policy
- To receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 60 days prior to check-in (you may cancel up to 60 days prior to check-in using the URL provided in the reservation email).
- If cancellations are made after 60 days, the room rate will not be refunded.
Since there are only 2 rooms available, we have a strict cancellation policy. We ask for your understanding in advance.
