We want to ensure your pleasant stay in this beautiful flat, and thus, we must acquaint you with some important rules:
1/ All necessary information is included in this guide. If you have any questions, please contact the Aquae Helveticae administrator for clarification.
2/ Strict adherence to these rules is crucial, as failure to comply may result in penalties.

Check-In:
The flat is available from 15:00 and the latest check-in time is 23:45.
Retrieve the keys from the secure keybox under the mailbox that says "Fam. Dunkel-Rodriguez".
Please contact the Aquae Helveticae administrator to arrange arrival outside this time window.

Check out:
Check out should be done no latest than 10:00. Keys should be left in the secure keybox.
A picture placing the keys in the keybox should be sent to the Aquae Helveticae Admin.

Parking:
Stopping the vehicle in front of the building's entrance with hazard lights on is permitted for unloading baggage, provided it does not obstruct pedestrians or the customers of the nearby bar.
Additional parking can be found on the street or in the two nearby underground lots (thermal baths at 160m or Casino at 200m). Parking is available 24/7 and can be paid at the exit machines

Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the flat. Please use the terraces provided.
Any odor of cigarette may incur a fine of 100 CHF.
A smoke detector has been placed at the entree, between the living room and the kitchen.

Parties and Events:
NO parties are allowed in the flat, as it is intended for relaxation.
External visitors are allowed with Aquae Helveticae administrator approval.
Excessive noise between 21:00 and 07:00 (+10min above 60db) can result in penalties or eviction without reimbursement.
A noise detector has been placed at the entree, between the living room and the kitchen. It measures the number of electronic devices present in the flat.

Laundry:
The washing machine is available from 07:00 to 21:00 to avoid disturbing neighbors.
Please use the drying rack located on the terrace for drying clothes.

Eating Areas:
Eating is allowed in the kitchen, terrace, and living room on the first floor.
Eating in the bedrooms and common area on the second floor is not permitted.

Barbecue:
Barbecues are not allowed inside the flat due to potential smoke issues.

Garbage and Recycling:
Dispose of garbage in the kitchen bin.
Please leave the flat tidy.

Pets:
Pets are allowed, but guest shall bring its own supplies.
Any damage is the guest's responsibility, and additional charges apply for cats and dogs.

Security:
Lock doors, windows, and turn off lights when leaving the flat.
Lost keys, including the one shared with neighbors for the building's entrance, may result in penalties and heavy replacement costs.

Damage and Breakages:
Inform the Aquae Helveticae administrator of any damage. Costs for damage may be billed to guests.
