・Cancellation is free of charge up to 3 days before the arrival date.
・If you cancel within 3 days before the arrival date, 100% of the accommodation fee will be charged.
・In case of no-show without notice, 100% of the accommodation fee will be charged.

(Terms and Conditions)

Article 1:
The accommodation contract and related contracts concluded between this accommodation and guests shall be subject to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, and matters not provided for in these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to laws and generally established customs.
If this accommodation has agreed to special provisions within the scope of laws and customs, notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the special provisions shall prevail.

(Application for Accommodation Contract)

Article 2:
Persons who wish to apply for an accommodation contract with this accommodation shall provide the following information to this accommodation:
Name of guest
Date of stay and expected time of arrival
Accommodation fee (based on the basic accommodation fee listed in Schedule 1 in principle)
Other information deemed necessary by this accommodation
If a guest requests to continue their stay beyond the stay date specified in item 2 of the preceding paragraph during their stay, this accommodation will process it as a new application for an accommodation contract from the time of the request.

(Conclusion of Accommodation Contract, etc.)

Article 3:
The accommodation contract shall be concluded when this accommodation accepts the application under the preceding article. However, this shall not apply if this accommodation can prove that it did not accept the application.

(Refusal of Conclusion of Accommodation Contract)

Article 4:
This accommodation may refuse to conclude an accommodation contract in the following cases:
When the application for accommodation does not comply with these terms and conditions
When there is no room available due to full occupancy or lack of staff
When it is recognized that the applicant for accommodation may engage in acts that violate laws and regulations, public order and morals in relation to the accommodation
When it is recognized that the applicant for accommodation falls under any of the following items A to H:
A. A member of a gang as defined in Article 2, paragraph 2 of the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Gang Members (Act No. 77 of 1991) (hereinafter referred to as "gangs"), a gang member as defined in paragraph 6 of the same article, a quasi-member of a gang or an associate of a gang, or any other antisocial force
B. A corporation or other organization that is controlled by gangs or gang members
C. A corporation in which one or more officers are gang members
When the applicant for accommodation has engaged in acts that cause significant nuisance to other guests
When the applicant for accommodation is clearly recognized as being a carrier of an infectious disease
When violent demands are made in relation to the accommodation or when an unreasonable burden exceeding a reasonable range is requested
When it is impossible to provide accommodation due to natural disasters, facility failures, or other unavoidable reasons
When it falls under the cases stipulated in Article 4 of the Kanagawa Prefectural Regulations for the Implementation of the Ryokan Business Law.
(Article 6 - Right to cancel the contract by the guest)

The guest may cancel the accommodation contract by notifying the hotel.

In the event that the guest cancels the accommodation contract in whole or in part due to circumstances for which the hotel is not responsible, the hotel may charge a cancellation fee in accordance with the provisions of Attachment 2.

However, if the hotel has accepted a special agreement under Article 4, Paragraph 1, the guest shall be obliged to pay the cancellation fee only if the hotel has notified the guest of such obligation when accepting the special agreement.

If the guest fails to arrive by 11:00 p.m. on the accommodation date (or 5 hours after the expected arrival time if specified in advance), the hotel may regard the accommodation contract as cancelled.

(Article 7 - Right to cancel the contract by the hotel)

The hotel may cancel the accommodation contract in the following cases:

When there is a risk that the guest may engage in acts that violate laws and regulations, public order, or good morals related to the accommodation, or when such acts have been recognized.
When the guest is recognized as falling under a) to c) below:
a) a member of a gangster organization (yakuza), a sub-member of a gangster organization, a gangster affiliate, or other antisocial forces;
b) a corporation or other organization that is controlled by a gangster organization or a gangster member;
c) a corporation with an officer who is recognized as a gangster member.
When the guest engages in behavior that causes significant nuisance to other guests.
When the guest is clearly recognized as having an infectious disease.
When violent demands are made in connection with the accommodation, or when an unreasonable burden is imposed beyond a reasonable range.
When the hotel is unable to provide accommodation due to reasons of force majeure such as natural disasters.
When it falls under the cases specified in Article 4 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Kanagawa Prefecture Hotel Business Law.
When the guest does not comply with the hotel's rules of use, including but not limited to smoking in the bedroom, playing with fire-fighting equipment, and other prohibited items necessary for fire prevention.

(Article 8 - Registration of accommodation)

On the day of the accommodation, the guest shall register the following information at the hotel front desk:
Name, age, gender, address, and occupation of the guest.
For foreigners: nationality, passport number, port of entry, and date of entry.
Departure date and expected departure time.
Any other information deemed necessary by the hotel.

(Payment of Fees)

Article 12:
The breakdown of the accommodation fees and other charges to be paid by the guest shall be listed in Schedule 1.
Payment of the accommodation fees and other charges referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be made at the front desk upon the guest's departure or when requested by the hotel, by currency, traveler's check, accommodation coupon, credit card, or other methods approved by the hotel.
Even if the guest chooses not to stay after the hotel has provided a room available for use, the accommodation fee shall be charged.

(Responsibility of the Hotel)

Article 13:
The hotel shall compensate the guest for damages if the hotel causes damage to the guest due to non-performance or improper performance of the accommodation contract or related contracts. However, this shall not apply if the cause of the damage is not attributable to the hotel.
The hotel has subscribed to Ryokan Liability Insurance to deal with unexpected incidents such as fires.

(Treatment in case of inability to provide the contracted room)

Article 14:
If the hotel is unable to provide the guest with the contracted room, with the guest's consent, the hotel will make every effort to arrange alternative accommodation under the same conditions.
If the hotel cannot arrange alternative accommodation under the same conditions as stated in the preceding paragraph, the hotel shall pay the guest a compensation fee equivalent to the cancellation fee, and this compensation fee shall be applied to the damages payment. However, if the hotel is not at fault for the inability to provide the room, the compensation fee will not be paid.

(Custody of Deposited Items)

Article 15:
In the event of the loss, damage, or other harm to the items, cash, or valuables deposited by the guest at the front desk, the hotel shall compensate for the damages, except in cases of force majeure. However, in the case of cash and valuables, the hotel shall compensate for damages up to 30,000 yen if the guest fails to provide information about their type and value when requested by the hotel.
If the hotel intentionally or negligently causes the loss, damage, or other harm to items, cash, or valuables brought by the guest to the hotel but not deposited at the front desk, the hotel shall compensate for the damages. However, for items, cash, or valuables not previously declared by the guest regarding their type and value, the hotel shall compensate for damages up to 30,000 yen unless there is intentional or gross negligence by the hotel.

(Storage of Guest's Luggage or Belongings)

Article 16:
If the guest's luggage arrives at the hotel prior to their arrival, the hotel will store the luggage for them, and it shall be at the guest's own risk. When storing the luggage or belongings of guests who have already checked out, the hotel shall keep them for a period of one week. If the items remain unclaimed after the period expires, the hotel will dispose of them.
