Payment Schedule

・For reservations with a check-in date within 30 days, we require full payment at the time of booking.

・For reservations with a check-in date more than 30 days away, we charge a 30% deposit at booking.

The remaining 70% will be automatically charged 30 days before check-in using the same payment method.

Cancellation Policy

– Up to 14 days before check-in: full refund.  

– 14 days or less before check-in: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
