This light and airy cottage is set on our 6 acre farm in this beautiful and quiet (yet easily accessible) part of Suffolk. The countryside around here is fantastic for dog walking, whilst the quiet roads are perfect for cycling. The beautiful, historic market town of Bury St. Edmunds, with it's boutique shopping, restaurants, Cathedral and Abbey Gardens is nearby. A little further afield, Lavenham, Cambridge, Norwich, Ipswich, the coast, or Norfolk Broads can all be reached in 30-60 mins, making this an ideal location for exploring Suffolk and beyond.

The open plan living, dining and kitchen, as well as the bedroom, are on the first floor with views out over the farm and surrounding countryside, whilst the bath room (no bath, but large walk in shower) is at ground level. There is wifi, a TV and DVD player with a range of titles available to view. The kitchen is equiped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, and washing machine as well as all pots/pans, crockery, glasses and utensils as necessary.  There is also a tumble dryer available in the separate laundry room. The large bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, with plenty of space for a single bed which can be added if required, whilst still leaving space for a cot too. A cot, high chair and stair gate can be added by request.

Outside, Cherry Trees has its own private, fenced garden with dining area and garden furniture (available from Spring/Summer 2024 when the grass seed has taken fully). There is a childrens play area, as well as plenty of tracks and trails around the property and the surrounding countryside. For the more active of you, a 1km fitness trail around the site, complete with exercise stations and obstacles is available for those who wish to continue (or start) their training whilst away. The local roads are quiet and are ideal for both cycling and running.
